For questions about a specific legal issue, please book a consultation by using the scheduling tool below. All consultations will take place by phone or video call. Questions requiring a consultation appointment include:

• How do I start or respond to a lawsuit?

• What does this contract mean? Should I sign it?

Initial consultations (30 minutes or 60 minutes) are scheduled upon receipt of a flat fee ($250.00 or $500.00).

 

Further advice or representation will be negotiated and approved by you in a formal agreement. Most services are offered on a flat fee basis.
